Accounting Manager

📋 Description Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting. Lead month-end close and prepare financial statements. Perform bank, credit card, intercompany reconciliations. Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages; budget variance analysis. Track KPIs and support decision-making with insights. Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow, and capital planning. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience; real estate or property management preferred. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accrual accounting, month-end close. Experience managing AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting.
