📋 Description Coordinate, schedule, and manage all subcontractors on-site. Expedite subcontractors and vendors daily/weekly. Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise. Supervise self-perform work and develop methods to improve efficiency. Oversee material receiving; ensure items inspected and tickets filed. Maintain timekeeping and cost records; support jobsite reporting. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years as a technical specialist in construction (fire alarms/low voltage). Experience interpreting contract docs (specs, drawings, submittals). Valid NY or NJ driver's license.
