AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and maintain the AI execution platform for scalable production use. Own architecture decisions to productionize AI agent systems. Develop evaluation layers for safety, accuracy, and readiness for production. Create golden test suites, behavioral evaluations, safety checks, and CI gates. Build portfolio of AI agents supporting business workflows. Develop meta-level systems to monitor performance and drive improvements. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience building and deploying production LLM agent systems used by real users. Strong AI evaluation methodologies knowledge: golden datasets, judge criteria, safety testing Experience designing reliable AI workflows with emphasis on correctness, traceability, governance. Deep API integration with business systems and MCP servers. Strong Python skills and cloud experience (GCP), data warehouses, and IaC tools.
