Own features end-to-end from discovery to deployment and improvement. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to solve customer needs. Apply AI-assisted development practices to boost productivity. 🎯 Requirements Strong backend fundamentals; production system experience. Experience with scalable apps focusing on reliability and performance. Knowledge of testing, observability, monitoring, and production operations. CI/CD practices and collaborative development workflows. Product-minded mindset and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
