Build production-ready systems with testing, monitoring, observability, and resilience. Own features end-to-end from discovery to deployment and improvement. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to solve customer problems. Contribute technical expertise during product discovery and improve engineering workflows. 🎯 Requirements Strong backend fundamentals with production systems experience. Experience building scalable apps with reliability, performance, maintainability. Understanding of testing, observability, monitoring, and production ops. CI/CD practices and collaborative development. Product-minded with user-outcome focus.
