📋 Description Lead project management for enterprise, commercial excellence, and internal initiatives Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and metrics Align stakeholders and prepare senior leadership materials Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business priorities Balance speed with quality, manage risks and dependencies Plan and run workshops, sessions, and executive dashboards 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree; 5-8 years in PM, consulting, or operations PMP or similar certification a plus Healthcare/medical device PM experience Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder mgmt Executive-level presentation development Proficient with Microsoft Office; PM tools a plus 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation range: 109,500 - 208,500 USD/year Comprehensive benefits package; PTO; 401(k) Long-term incentive eligibility
