Collaborate with ISRM leadership to set multi-year strategy. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's Degree + 9 years (or higher); or Master's/PhD with fewer years. Experience in security strategy, leadership, and cross-functional reporting. Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with security maturity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF). Hands-on experience in security domains (architecture, operations, GRC).
