📋 Description Finance partner to R&D leaders for investment, headcount, and resourcing decisions. Build and maintain models across headcount, cloud spend, capitalized software, and program Deliver monthly/quarterly analysis of R&D results, identifying variances and drivers. Support annual and long-range planning for R&D aligned with product/tech roadmaps and scaling Contribute to strategic initiatives via business partnering, analytics, and project management. Identify trends and opportunities to influence cross-functional decisions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 5+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or similar analytical roles Strong communication of complex financials to non-finance audiences Advanced Excel and financial modeling; ability to distill analyses into actionable outputs Effective communication and project management; organized, independent, self-motivated Creative/critical thinker; thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments 🎁 Benefits Pay Range: $102,000 – $163,000 USD Hybrid work model information by region; locations page for in-office expectations Total rewards include cash compensation, equity, and benefits; learn more on the benefits page
