📋 Description Own end-to-end features across the stack from Agora interfaces to backend infrastructure Collaborate with product, design, operations, and partners to gather requirements Prototype quickly and ship with confidence; MVP-focused delivery Balance UX considerations with backend systems, APIs, and database design Operate with a bias toward high-quality, maintainable code 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of fullstack development; 3+ years in TypeScript/Node.js and React Fluency with relational databases and SQL Proven ability to ship production frontend and backend systems Strong product instincts and eye for design; can critique UX from a Figma file Experience with external partners and customer requirements gathering MVP mindset: scope, ship, learn, and iterate 🎁 Benefits Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 USD per year Equity and Bonus opportunities as part of compensation
