Maintenance Technician

📋 Description Maintain preventive, corrective and renovative needs for buildings, grounds, and vehicles Complete maintenance repairs as necessary Coordinate maintenance planning and capital improvements Coordinate fleet maintenance and external vendors Maintain tools, equipment and keys securely Document all repairs and maintenance activities 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or GED 2 years experience in building maintenance (heating, plumbing, electrical, general repair) Ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures Good decision-making and communication skills; work independently or in a team Own transportation and basic tools On-call availability evenings and weekends 🎁 Benefits Compensation: Starting $18.50/hour Schedule: Mon-Fri with on-call as needed 401(k) with up to 3% employer match after one year Medical, dental, Vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA options Pet Insurance available PTO with donation options
