📋 Description Support sterilization processes for single-use products. Interface between internal teams and external laboratories/sterilizers. Drive projects to completion with cross-functional collaboration. Provide technical support for sterilization release activities. Maintain bioburden procedures based on recognized standards. Contribute to budgets/schedules and quality improvements. 🎯 Requirements Microbiology lab experience or sterility assurance knowledge. Knowledge of ISO 11135 and ISO 11137 standards. Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership in fast-paced settings. Ability to manage multiple tasks and project risks; travel as needed. Hands-on engineering skills and detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset. Proficient in MS Office; ability to operate in a regulated environment.
