📋 Description Contract Elections Organizer for Change.vote to build partnerships and drive traffic Manage recruitment, negotiation, and onboarding of distribution and endorsing partners Work with campus interns for distribution in target markets Report to Partnerships Lead and coordinate with Change.vote ecosystem Identify and build relationships with civic/advocacy groups; coordinate distribution moments 🎯 Requirements Existing network of civic or advocacy contacts, ideally local/field-level Comfort with cold outreach and closing relationships independently Experience managing volunteers or interns Ability to work independently and adapt tactics without a rigid script AI experience is a plus; bilingual (English and Spanish) is nice to have Target experience: campaign or advocacy work in organizing, field, political, comms, or marketing 🎁 Benefits Remote contract role in Florida (Contract role based in Florida) Competitive hourly pay rate ($43.89/hr) Equal opportunity employer; supportive recruitment process and accommodations available
