IT Engineer

📋 Description Onsite IT Support Engineer in London, reports to London IT manager. Assists with a broad scope of technical challenges and high service levels for internal clients. Work with a team of engineers and contracted staff; travel regionally as needed. Provide white glove onboarding/offboarding support with IT and HR leadership. Support live-streamed auctions and proprietary systems for sales. Maintain ethics and comply with information security requirements. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years end-user support in global IT environment. Degree in CS, EE, or related field preferred. Experience with IT projects, contractor collaboration, budget/resource oversight. Knowledge of AD, networks, and telephony; basic AV/streaming tech.
