📋 Description Own Salesforce architecture and GTM system design across Marketing, Sales, CS. Govern multi-instance Salesforce with IT; support quote-to-cash build. Partner with GTM Systems engineers on AI-driven builds (automation, data capture). Own end-to-end Salesforce initiatives; provide end-user support and adoption. Turn business problems into durable system solutions across GTM, R&D, and IT. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years BA/consulting plus 4+ years Salesforce admin/development. College degree in technical field or equivalent work experience. Deep understanding of go-to-market processes across Marketing, BDR, Sales, CS. Hands-on Salesforce depth: custom fields/objects, Flow, Data Loader, automation. Ability to lead architecture decisions; thrive in Agile, ambiguous problems.
