📋 Description Lead small-scale (<1L) purification of multi-specific antibody biologics for research assays Design and execute chromatography techniques and bioprocess strategies to reduce impurities Perform analytical characterization of molecules, end products, by-products, and intermediates Apply Design of Experiments with high throughput automation to optimize chromatography Drive innovation to improve downstream biologics processes and automation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present findings with clarity 🎯 Requirements BS, MS, or PhD in Bioengineering, Biochemistry, or related field with relevant experience Deep proficiency in bioprocessing, chromatography, and antibody-based biologics manufacturing Expertise with AKTA chromatography systems Experience with high throughput automated liquid handling for chromatography (e.g., plates DOE experience with protein production scale-up preferred Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python) and Bioinformatics/AI tools a plus 🎁 Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical/dental/vision 401(k) retirement plan
