📋 Description Lead project team and contractors end-to-end Develop and issue drawings, design docs, reports Perform civil/structural design for steel/concrete Write, negotiate, manage contracts through close-out Manage civil/structural aspects of projects Interact with contractors, fabricators, owners, clients 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering 1+ years in design or build of structural infrastructure Preferred: PE license Knowledge: AISC, ACI 318, ASCE 7, IBC Experience: AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, RISA-3D Understand building permits processes 🎁 Benefits Equal opportunity employer
