📋 Description Design and execute end-to-end programs that support the Legal Engineering team's operational rhythm. Build and maintain processes, tooling, and docs for regional operations (US, EMEA, APAC). Drive change management as Legal Engineering scales, ensuring adoption of new processes/tools. 🎯 Requirements 4–7 years in program management/operations in high-growth tech or services. Design and deliver cross-functional programs from concept to execution. Strong communication and facilitation; influence across distributed org. Experience with change mgmt, process design, scaling in fast-paced envs. Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action; build structure where none exists.
