📋 Description Oversee AR, billing, and job costing across all jobs. Ensure accurate, timely billing and AR collections through closeout. Prepare monthly financial statements and WIP reporting. Handle tax filings and regulatory submissions for multiple jurisdictions. Supervise finance and admin team; manage cross-training coverage. Maintain Sage/Peachtree as system of record for financial entries. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years accounting with full-cycle AR, AP, financials, and tax filings. 2-year degree in Accounting required; Bachelor preferred. Experience with Sage/Peachtree; advanced Excel; AIA billing platforms (Procore, Textura, GC Pay). Knowledge of AIA billing, certified payroll, lien waivers, WIP, and job cost accounting. Ability to guide a small team (3–4) and cross-train for coverage.
