Area Director- DD / IDD Services

📋 Description Oversee all residential programs and services across the assigned geographic region. Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight. Drive operational excellence, compliance, and growth initiatives. Collaborate with Area Managers, Program Directors, and state management. Lead budgeting, staffing, licensing, and policy development. Ensure person-centered service delivery across programs. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field. 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services or similar settings. 2+ years of leadership overseeing multiple programs or sites. Knowledge of person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS, and IDOH/CARF standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adapting to new tech. Valid driver’s license with compliant driving record. 🎁 Benefits Work Schedule: typically 8 AM – 5 PM EST, some travel. 401K with up to 3% employer match after 1 year. Pet Insurance options.
