Resource Manager

📋 Description Oversee capacity planning for NAM/LAM markets and resource allocation across projects. Coordinate with Project Managers and Account Managers to forecast workloads and assign resources. Manage a portal (OMG) providing accurate capacity data for various regional markets. Identify bottlenecks, resolve conflicts, and escalate to Production Leads when needed. Collaborate with Global Resource Managers to share resources across regions. Ensure daily workload is balanced and high-volume, fast-paced projects stay on track. 🎯 Requirements Strong resource management and capacity planning skills.
