Learning Operations Manager

📋 Description Own learning operations and program delivery at scale. Design scalable workflows to reduce manual effort. Automate learner comms, registrations, reminders, and reporting. Leverage AI-enabled workflows to improve support and scalability. Grow certification programs with customers and partners. Lead learning technology and systems administration. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in learning operations, education programs, or similar. Experience with LMS platforms (Docebo, Skilljar, Cornerstone, LearnUpon). Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and workflows. Strong analytical skills to drive adoption and outcomes. Stakeholder management across multiple teams.
