📋 Description Support all aspects of the company’s commercial legal efforts, reviewing and negotiating customer Collaborate with sales, deal desk, ops, procurement, privacy, security, marketing and people to Develop and implement commercial legal resources, policies, procedures and contracting workflows. Provide business-oriented legal advice on contract terms, deal structures and commercial risks. Improve contracting processes and utilize AI contracting tools and CLM workflows. 🎯 Requirements Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to own initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 3-5 years of relevant commercial law experience, in-house at tech company or corporate/tech Juris Doctor (JD) and active US bar membership in good standing. Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex tech and commercial contracts Strong judgment, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Desire to build and improve internal processes and resources; flexible and eager to learn. 🎁 Benefits Compensation: $220,000-$270,000 USD starting base, with potential equity and additional Brex employer benefits and healthcare offerings may apply.
