📋 Description Design and apply thermodynamics-based and AI/ML-enabled solutions for formulation and process Translate complex physicochemical data into predictive insights on solubility, phase behavior, and Develop hybrid modeling that combines first-principles with machine learning for robust decisions. Create in-silico tools and workflows to broaden adoption across development teams. Define robust model validation, uncertainty assessment, and applicability domain evaluation. Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, physical chemistry, materials science, or Strong thermodynamics knowledge applied to pharmaceutical materials. Proven quantitative modeling ability and data interpretation. Experience using AI/ML for scientific problems with emphasis on data quality and interpretability. Ability to combine mechanistic insight with data-driven methods.
