📋 Description Lead complex Edwin implementations for enterprise customers. Design Edwin solutions coordinating with Envision, PS/PM, ITSM, third-party sources, and partners. Own architecture for multi-step ITSM workflows, event ingestion, and value reporting. Mentor teams and develop repeatable delivery patterns to scale delivery. Balance delivery risk reduction with time-to-value improvements and customer continuity. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in Solutions Architecture/Professional Services/enterprise SaaS delivery. Deep ITSM workflow experience with platforms like ServiceNow, Freshservice, ConnectWise, Jira Proven ability to design integrations across monitoring, observability, APM, ITOM, analytics, and Strong skills translating events, alerts, incidents, tickets, changes into ITOps workflows. Experience leading complex customer design sessions and mentoring technical peers.
