📋 Description Partner with R&D leaders to inform investment, headcount, and resourcing decisions in a Build and maintain financial models for headcount, vendor/cloud spend, capitalized software, and Deliver monthly/quarterly analysis of R&D results, highlighting variances and drivers. Support annual and long-range planning for R&D, considering product/tech roadmaps and scaling Contribute to strategic initiatives with business partnering, analytics, and project management. Identify trends and opportunities to influence cross-functional decisions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 5+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or similar analytical roles Ability to communicate complex financials to non-finance audiences Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; distill analyses into actionable outputs Effective communication and project management; self-motivated and able to present to all levels Creative/critical thinker; thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments 🎁 Benefits See Pay Range: $117,000 – $187,000 USD Hybrid work model; in-person collaboration with regional flexibility Total rewards including cash compensation, equity, and benefits AI in hiring tools awareness as part of Toast culture
