Adopt engineering principles and design systems for scalable, reliable solutions. Deliver end-to-end ownership from inception to retirement and drive continuous improvement. 🎯 Requirements Proven ability to lead people from a technical and cultural perspective. Experience building scalable, high-performance apps with modern languages. Strong collaboration skills, pair programming, observability, REST/HTTP, containers and cloud. End-to-end ownership, system design, and scalability focus. Expertise in TypeScript, Java, Golang, Rust, Python; desirable Go/Java experience.
