📋 Description Build infrastructure powering Acorns’ organic growth: social graphs, engagement loops, real-time Own features end-to-end from data model to shipped customer experience across mobile and web. Deliver features across iOS, Android, Web, and backend services; leverage AI-assisted tools to Instrument your work: define events, build visibility, and iterate from data. Own the technical bar and architecture with high-impact decisions in a fast-moving team. Collaborate with CEO, Senior PM, and Senior Designer in a high-trust environment to ship real 🎯 Requirements Experience building social/engagement systems at scale (feeds, referrals, notification End-to-end ownership across the full stack: data model, API, client, production monitoring. Shipped features across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web) with ramp-up capability in others. Experience with analytics instrumentation and data-driven iteration; willingness to use AI-assisted Proficient production code in two or more: Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Typescript, Dart, or Python Demonstrated initiative in fast-moving environments with minimal handholding. 🎁 Benefits Equity grants and other incentives.
