📋 Description Meet clients upon admission and build rapport Complete biopsychosocial assessments for various ages Assess suitability for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) Collaborate with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and clinical teams Coordinate with referral sources to facilitate intake 🎯 Requirements Able to work on-site in Bakersfield, CA, Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM Experience with a wide age range (children to adults) preferred Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred Independent licensure in a mental health field required License preferred; associate-level clinicians welcome to grow toward licensure 🎁 Benefits Comprehensive benefits for full-time employees Base pay between $65,000 and $77,500 per year Role may include incentive compensation and other benefits
