Balance 80% team leadership and 20% complex, client-focused deployments. Oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with Axon’s architecture standards. Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and accountability within the team. Collaborate with customers, sales, product, engineering to ensure successful integrations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 4–6 years in solution architecture or related technical leadership. 1–3 years of direct supervisory experience. Expertise in solution architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, and systems integration. Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
