Senior Engineer (Plant Thermal Hydraulics Validations)

📋 Description Support verification, validation, and uncertainty quantification for plant-scale tools. Run system-level steady-state/transient thermal-hydraulic sims. Analyze experimental data to validate models and close gaps. Define validation requirements; align experiments with sims. Maintain docs on validation methods, results, and uncertainties. Collaborate with design, safety, and licensing teams. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Nuclear, Chemical Eng or related; 6+ yrs exp. System-level thermal-hydraulic analysis experience in nuclear/energy. Model validation, metrics, and uncertainty quantification expertise. Hands-on with thermal-hydraulic data analysis and comparisons to predictions. Experience with RELAP5-3D, TRACE, SAS or equivalent.
