📋 Description Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service. Seamlessly process all transactions, following policies and protecting member info. Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily lending/servicing goals. Engage in outreach: build relationships with local businesses and communities. Assist with applications and educate about Oportun’s services. 🎯 Requirements Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Outgoing, sales-focused, enjoy speaking with people. Willing to help members and prospective members via outreach/education. Available to work weekends with rotating schedule; reliable attendance. Ability to travel between locations within a reasonable commute.
