📋 Description Own access operations end-to-end for internal CX admin platform. Drive security remediation toward least-privilege models through RBAC. Collaborate with product/engineering to update permission models for new features. Maintain runbooks, access matrices, and internal documentation. Identify tooling gaps and convert into clear engineering/operational work items. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in technical program or project management for internal tools or platform operations. Experience designing/administering RBAC or LDAP/identity entitlement frameworks. Proven ability to coordinate across engineering, security, and business teams on access changes and Experience writing technical documentation for internal audiences (runbooks, matrices, guides).
