📋 Description Own Incoming Quality Control (IQC) including inspection planning and sampling Build and implement a right-sized Quality Management System (QMS) for a fast-paced hardware org Inspect high-precision components: tight-tolerance machined parts, PCBAs, RF hardware Establish and manage Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) and CAPA processes Lead supplier quality, drive vendor accountability, and resolve quality issues Define and track key quality metrics and support New Product Introduction (NPI) 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in Quality Engineering/Quality Management in hardware or advanced manufacturing Strong experience with precision machined parts, PCBAs, RF hardware (preferred) Experience building or scaling quality systems in startup/low-process environments GD&T, tolerance analysis, inspection methodologies Root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D, etc.) Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, tech specs 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to build quality systems from the ground up Collaborative, diverse team in a cutting-edge hardware environment
