Senior Guideline Coding Analyst (6 month FTC)

📋 Description Reviewing and recoding investment compliance rules within the Charles River Investment Management Analysing investment guidelines and prioritising coding activities Logging and tracking data gaps, escalating issues where rules cannot be fully coded Performing validation testing to ensure outputs meet requirements Comparing strategic and legacy systems to identify gaps Collaborating with fund managers, traders, technology teams and vendors across locations 🎯 Requirements Significant experience in investment management with focus on investment compliance Experience with Charles River and/or State Street platforms Experience implementing/testing guideline rules and comparing solutions with legacy envs Strong understanding of data structures and system integrations for compliance monitoring Excellent stakeholder management across business and tech teams Experience in large-scale transformation/migration projects; Agile tools like Jira/Confluence 🎁 Benefits Performance bonus and share schemes Generous pension contribution Life assurance Healthcare plan Holiday allowance with buy/sell option Electric car salary sacrifice option
