📋 Description Lead architects for a cloud-agnostic platform that provisions and orchestrates Airflow on-premises Define end-to-end architecture for control and data planes with resilient integrations Champion API design (REST/gRPC) and platform observability tooling Drive multi-environment isolation, including air-gapped networks Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the engineering team Collaborate with product/exec stakeholders to align roadmaps 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure or DBaaS roles (Staff/Senior/Principal level) Strong Kubernetes experience; operators (CRDs), Helm, Kubernetes API Cloud-native observability: Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana Advanced coding in Go, Python, TypeScript; distributed state stores (Etcd, Consul, PostgreSQL) Hybrid cloud and on-premises architecture across AWS/GCP/Azure, OpenShift, bare metal Excellent technical communication; able to produce concise RFCs and one-pagers 🎁 Benefits Equity and comprehensive benefits package Hybrid work model with remote and in-person collaboration Equal opportunity employer
