Operations Lead - Fashion Island

📋 Description Lead and execute key store operations to maximize profitability and efficiency. Partner with General Manager and Visual Manager to drive results and feedback. Manage inventory processes, including shrink reduction and stockroom controls. Oversee shipments, receiving, floor replenishment, and floor set updates. Ensure strong visual and operational standards across the sales floor. Move dynamically on the floor to support business needs and guests. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment. Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities. Experience with inventory accuracy and reporting. Ability to manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
