📋 Description Join Ramp as part of Global People Operations to manage immigration and global mobility as we scale Own full lifecycle visa cases and support employee relocations while staying compliant across new Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and People teams to deliver a positive employee experience. Balance operational rigor with good judgment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Own the strategy and vendor relationships for immigration and mobility programs. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in People Ops, mobility, immigration, or compliance in a global context. Strong vendor management and external counsel engagement experience. Proven ability to design processes at a scaling company. Autonomy, accountability, and strong communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with attention to high-stakes, high-stress scenarios.
