📋 Description Design, implement, and improve training programs and materials for a regulated energy project. Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and accreditation criteria. Collaborate with engineering teams, project partners, leadership, regulators, and internal teams to Develop assessment methods, exams, and on-the-job training resources including simulations. Establish training performance reviews, learning plans, and documentation. Support regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance activities. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, training, or related field. Five+ years in education, training development, or instructional technology. Experience creating training programs in industrial or highly regulated environments. Knowledge of training standards, regulatory requirements, accreditation processes, or industry best Strong expertise in digital learning content development and delivery methods.
