📋 Description Support verification, validation, and uncertainty quantification for plant-scale thermal-hydraulic Run system-level steady-state and transient simulations to evaluate model behavior, accuracy, and Analyze experimental data from separate-effects and integral facilities to validate models and Define validation requirements and collaborate with test engineering to align experiments with Develop and maintain documentation for validation methodologies, model assumptions, results, and Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams supporting plant design, safety analysis, and licensing. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Nuclear/Chemical Engineering or related field, with 6+ years of Experience with system-level thermal-hydraulic analysis and code assessment for nuclear systems or Proven model validation experience including model-to-test comparisons, validation metrics, and Hands-on analysis of experimental thermal-hydraulic data, evaluating uncertainties, and comparing Experience using RELAP5-3D, TRACE, SAS, or equivalent thermal-hydraulic tools. Strong understanding of thermal-fluid behavior, reactor systems, and energy-design considerations. 🎁 Benefits Competitive hourly compensation range of $56–$95 per hour. Fully remote work opportunity.
