📋 Description Lead the Video Enablement team to design, build, and support core video capabilities including Collaborate with the Director of Video Engineering and cross-functional teams to shape GC's video Ensure scalable, resilient video pipelines in AWS and enable product teams with clear interfaces Mentor engineers, hire and grow a high-performing mobile, backend, and infrastructure team. Stay hands-on when needed; review code and contribute as a credible senior technical leader. Stay engaged during production incidents and drive blameless postmortems for learning. 🎯 Requirements Strong background in video/audio streaming with UGC and live streaming experience. Leadership style rooted in collaboration and trust-building. Solid software engineering principles and cloud architecture in video infrastructure (AWS). Strategic thinker with ability to contribute to long-term engineering vision. Player-coach mindset; close to work with credibility as a technical leader.
