Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Ponce City Market

📋 Description Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink. Support shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment to ensure product flow. Maintain visual standards and floor sets; assist in merchandising and stockroom operations. Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest demands. Collaborate with Ops & Visual Management to deliver efficient store operations. Assist in handling select company-level initiatives and projects with the Ops team. 🎯 Requirements 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment. Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds. Strong customer service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting. Willingness to stand and move for extended periods; ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
