About the Role This 100% remote Junior Administrative Assistant role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented bilingual professionals supporting clients from Latin America. Key Responsibilities Assist in updating process documentation and maintaining accurate, organized records. Handle file uploads and maintain Google Drive organization according to established team guidelines. Execute routine data entry and support the preparation of basic internal reports. Monitor general email inboxes and coordinate routine correspondence with clients and vendors. Conduct basic research and assist with general document handling and preparation. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed. Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish. 1 – 2 years of experience in administration or virtual assistance. Familiarity and comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred. Annual pay increments. Discretionary client bonuses (80 % of clients award year-end bonuses). 7 U.S. federal holidays + 4 paid PTO days.
