Mentor junior researchers and contribute to community. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in offensive security, vulnerability research, or reverse engineering. Expertise in modern stacks: Node.js, Go, Python, Rust. Exploit analysis and PoC craft for complex classes. Tooling and automation: Python, Go, Bash, Rust.
