📋 Description Plan a college preparatory curriculum aligning standards and fostering critical thinking. Deliver rigorous daily college preparatory lessons. Assess student progress and share results with students, families, and colleagues. Provide individual and small group instruction until mastery is reached. Model KIPP NYC’s character strengths in interactions with students, families, and staff. Advise a small group of students through four years of high school. 🎯 Requirements Strong interpersonal skills contributing to a collegial environment and character traits like zest At least two years of teaching experience strongly preferred. New York State teaching certification in the appropriate content area strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree required. Passion for team-oriented, mission-driven school culture and continual improvement as a teacher.
