Telecom Engineer I - Voice Delivery Engineer

📋 Description Develop high-quality, reliable voice applications across platforms (desktop, web). Build and operate real-time voice systems using SIP, MPLS, and VPN. Design and optimize low-latency voice pipelines and handle RTP/SIP streaming. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the global voice platform. Collaborate with Product Managers, Global Solution Architects, and Connectivity PMs. Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, observable, and maintainable with DevOps practices. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of software development and VoIP troubleshooting experience. Expert knowledge of SIP call flows, routing, and carrier interoperability; hands-on with C++, Java Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, WebRTC protocols. Strong debugging skills; experience with audio analysis and SIPp or similar tools.
