Job Description
📋 Description Lead collection, compilation, and validation of underwriting data for insurance renewals across all Manage Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests and review vendor/contractor COIs for risk standards. Review insurance binders, endorsements, policy docs, and premium invoicing against program terms. Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Operations for insurance inquiries. Coordinate day-to-day processes with external partners (brokers, insurers). 🎯 Requirements Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proactive, solution-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills across internal and external partners. Commercial insurance operations experience in corporate risk management, brokerage, or underwriting. Analytical and quantitative, comfortable with spreadsheets and AI tools for analysis.
