QA Engineer

📋 Description Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts (manual & automated). Functional, regression, integration, performance, and exploratory testing across web, mobile, API. Validate configurations across ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM. Build and maintain automated test frameworks using ServiceNow ATF. Collaborate with developers during sprints to review requirements and raise defects. Log, track, and manage defects through lifecycle using Jira or similar tools. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years QA/testing across functional and automation testing. Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge and architecture. Hands-on ServiceNow testing (manual + automation). Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework). JavaScript for scripting in ServiceNow.
