📋 Description Lead as trusted financial partner to org. and project leadership. Prepare monthly reports, forecasts and financial performance analyses. Monitor unit/project profitability, margins and key metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for leadership decisions. Identify growth opportunities via data-driven analysis. Support project managers across lifecycle with commercial/financial questions. 🎯 Requirements Advanced university degree in economics/commerce (e.g., KTM/MBA). 5-10 years in business controlling, project controlling or finance business partner roles. Strong analytical skills, ability to turn data into actions. Excellent communication and collaboration; explain complex finances clearly. Understanding of project-driven business drivers; risk awareness.
