📋 Description Define and drive BESIX Group QHSE strategy across all business lines. Focus on Health & Safety for Construction units and affiliates. Position QHSE as core enabler for operational excellence and risk. Report to COO BESIX Construction; Belgium-based role. Lead and govern QHSE orgs and budgets. Ensure governance, data, and training programs. 🎯 Requirements Proven leadership in QHSE within construction. Strong risk management in complex projects. Translate strategy into pragmatic programmes. Drive behavioural change and culture transformation. Manage data-driven performance systems.
