Senior Telephony Engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and operate enterprise-grade voice infrastructure. Bridge traditional telephony with real-time AI voice systems. Develop production-ready SIP gateways and AI integration with cloud platforms. Ensure HA, redundancy, and monitoring for voice workloads. Collaborate across CTI, cloud, and DevOps teams for end-to-end flows. Deliver scalable voice solutions across SIP/VoIP environments. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, CS, or related field. 5+ years in enterprise telephony with SIP, VoIP, RTP. Hands-on SBC configuration and SIP peering experience. Experience with PBX/media servers (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH). Knowledge of audio codecs (G.711 μ-law/a-law, G.722, Opus) and real-time transcoding.
